The UBE is an examination prepared by the National Conference of Bar Examiners (NCBE), and is comprised of six Multistate Essay Examination questions, two Multistate Performance Test Questions, and the Multistate Bar Examination.  Click here for additional information.

July 2014 Bar Examination

The summer Minnesota Bar Examination is scheduled for July 29 & 30, 2014, at Roy Wilkins Auditorium at St. Paul RiverCentre.

Filing deadlines for the July 2014 bar examination:

The timely filing deadline is Monday, March 17, 2014.
The late filing deadline is Thursday, May 1, 2014

February 2015 Examination

The February 2015 Minnesota Bar Examination is scheduled for February 24 & 25, 2015 at St. Paul RiverCentre.

Filing deadlines for the February 2015 bar examination:

The timely filing deadline is Wednesday, October 15, 2014
The late filing deadline is Monday, December 1, 2014

Effective February 1, 2013, Minnesota is a Uniform Bar Exam (UBE) state.  The list of Minnesota bar examination topics have changed with the February 2014 MN Bar Exam.  See Order Promulgating Amendments to the Rules for Admission to the Bar, dated January 17, 2013.
